Bio: DaWarsaw chose his screen name because, in his words, the city ‘was growing together with me, so it made sense to represent it. I have tremendous respect for my city’s history’.
He is the first professional poker player to hail from Poland and achieve his level of success. This is all the more impressive in a country where 20 years ago it was impossible to play the online poker for a living.
A highly-respected regular at the small-stakes No Limit cash tables, Grzegorz is also actively involved in the poker community off the felt. He runs a poker school and hosts seminars for beginning players who would like to follow in his footsteps.
